The OEM or original
air/fuel on most modern 4-stroke machines is located on the bottom of
the float bowl and most time will require removal of the entire
carburetor to make fine adjustments. With your Hetrick Racing National
Billet Aluminum Air/Fuel Adjustment Screw you can take this labor time
from 45 minutes down to 45 seconds. This easy modification will
eliminate your low-end sluggish power and allow you to tweak it at your
convenience.
The Hetrick Racing National Billet Aluminum Air/Fuel
Adjustment Screw is designed and engineered with a universal fit to meet
the needs of every rider. Whether you ride motocross, cross
country/woods, dirt track, supermoto, desert/dunes or freestyle, this
adjustment screw can take your riding to the next level! The CNC’d
screw not only looks great with gold anodizing but it has been tested in
every environment and has passed every trial. We employed aircraft
grade aluminum during the design and development process to ensure your
adjustment screw will not have a weak point while under the stresses of
off-road racing.
The Hetrick Racing
National Adjustment Screw also utilizes a fine adjustment capability.
With laser cut numbers, the rider can adjust their machines air/fuel
mixture for specific environments. This is a great feature for many of
our riders due to elevation and climate change found while traveling
across the United States to various national race venues. The
“Adjust-On-The-Fly” capability allows for easy track side carburetor
adjustment without sacrificing precious time. To eliminate premature
wear or failure we have incorporated rubber o-rings to protect your
important parts from exposure to the elements.
Installation of your
Hetrick Racing National Billet Aluminum Air/Fuel Adjustment Screw is
easy! Simply remove your OEM/original and replace with your new Hetrick
Racing National Billet Aluminum Air/Fuel Adjustment Screw in its place.
This addition will extend your reach from non-existent to almost 4
inches!
