where we are today. We realize that for most of you ATV racing is your
life, every weekend is spent at the track. Hopefully this time is
spent racing more than wrenching but we also realize that this is not
always the case. This is where Hetrick Racing comes into play. We are here
for you because we know how it is to be at the track, out of luck. Please

SHIPPING AND RETURN
POLICY
United States Customers:
We ship all of our domestic packages
using either FedEx or UPS. Please allow 5-7 days for ground delivery.
Priority shipping is available, with the addition of applicable fees. Most
orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday, will be shipped
same day (This includes in-stock items only). All of our shipments are
boxes and packaged in a protective manner (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) to
ensure safe delivery. For your convenience, most shipments will require
pre-payment, unless otherwise noted. COD is available at customer’s
request, with the addition of applicable fees. Every product that we sell,
to the best of our knowledge, is approved for U.S. consumers. If you have

International Customers:
We ship all of our domestic packages
using the most suitable carrier. Please allow 7-14 days for basic
delivery. Priority shipping is available, with the addition of applicable
fees. Most orders placed before 1:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday, will
be shipped same day (This includes in-stock items only). All of our
shipments are boxes and packaged in a protective manner (peanuts, bubble
wrap, etc.) to ensure safe delivery. For your convenience, all shipments
will require pre-payment, unless otherwise noted. Some countries may
require additional payment for taxes or duties; this is the customer’s
responsibility. Every product that we sell, to the best of our knowledge,
is approved for U.S. consumers. It is the customers responsibility to know
their countries laws and regulations on the products they have ordered,
before the order is placed. We are in no way responsible for seizures or
any other legal matters related to any and all purchases. If you have

Returns:
We guarantee top quality on
all of our products, period. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with a product or our level of service, simply call us to get a
R.A. # (Return Authorization Number) for your purchase. No returns will be
accepted without a R.A. number. Once you receive authorization, send the
product back to us along with its original packaging. Please include your
original invoice, the R.A. number, and a short explanation of the return.
Once we have received the used and/or unused product you will be granted a
refund or an exchange. No refunds will be granted until the product is
returned to us. If the return is made within 30 days of the original
purchase, you may have your choice. Return requests made after 30 days of
the original purchase are eligible for exchange only. Any exchanges are
subject to shipping fees. No returns on electrical items or items that
have been modified without our consent.
